in South, Southeast and East Asia?
Unfinished Business and Sustainable Development Goal 4
“We commit with a sense of urgency to a single, renewed education agenda that is holistic, ambitious and aspirational, leaving no one behind.” (Incheon Declaration, 2015)
This summit will bring together government officials, intergovernmental organizations, NGO partners, educators, business representatives and other stakeholders representing 30 Asian member states to share and discuss the best targeted innovations in 21st century education governance and learning that aim to benefit and include the most marginalized children in the region. This summit will therefore provide an open forum to explore together—as colleagues, teammates, and friends—the leading promising practices in education for OOSC.
“We will focus our efforts on access, equity and inclusion, quality and learning outcomes, within a lifelong learning approach.” (Incheon Declaration, 2015)
